Are these bikes actually refurbished, or just used?
Every bike we sell has been fully inspected and repaired before listing — including the front fork socket upgrade, a new battery, and a new e-shifter. We don't just wipe them down and relist them.
What's covered by the warranty?
Every bike comes with a 3 month warranty covering the socket, battery, and e-shifter. If anything goes wrong in that period, we'll sort it out.
Do you repair bikes you didn't sell?
Yes — get in touch through our Contact page and we'll take a look.
Which colors are available?
Currently Black and Blue for both the S3 and X3.
